Benmar Sunrooms provides quality, custom, home improvements including awnings, decks, doors, patio roofs, pergolas, screenrooms, sunrooms, and windows.  Our vendors have been carefully selected based on their quality, pricing, and reliability. 

Our showroom is located at 2601 Chuckwagon Drive, Springfield, Illinois  62711.  We are located in the same building as The Organized Home, conveniently located in Prairie Crossing next to Meijer.  Our showroom hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm.  We are also happy to meet with you by appointment other hours or at your home.

Benmar has been a family run home improvement company since 1963.  George Coontz Jr. has owned the business since 2017 taking over for Brad Gubin who retired.  George has been in the construction and home improvement industry his whole life working with his father, George Sr. at his business, The Organized Home. 

We guarantee all labor and installation for one year.  Benmar Sunrooms LLC does not use subcontractors for any normal work.  We have our own team of professional installers, each of whom have been with us for many years.  Our employees are held to high standards.  They do quality work, are reliable, and leave their job sites clean and tidy.
